Only the location close to beach.
Very very poor quality motel. It is very dirty and no services at all. Please think twice before you even book this motel. I heard that this motel owner pays off the health dept employees to get the license to operate otherwise Health dept will shut it down. Please please think again before considering.

Absolutely nothing. This was the worst place I've ever stayed in. It was marginally better than sleeping on the beach. There were only 2 meagre positives; it was a two minute walk to the Boardwalk and the TV was broken, but staff saw to it that it was repaired before day's end.
Staff photocopied ID which is illegal if not consented to. I did not consent. The room was a nightmare. My mouth dropped when I saw it. The carpet was filthy. The smell of mold was overpowering. It was always damp. The air conditioner did not fit the window properly leaving a large space so the room had flies, moths and bugs. Of course the room had bedbugs! There was mold and crumbling plaster throughout, especially the bathroom. The outlets sparked when I plugged in my hairdryer and iron. I developed an upper respiratory infection due to breathing in the combination of dampness, mold, and rot. The smoke detecter missed a battery. Signs stated anyone not gone by 10:00am check out would be charged an extra $50. Absolutely no housekeeping. I had to ask for toilet paper. Normally I stay at chain hotels but thought I'd give a privately owned venue a chance. Never again. Overall, disgusting and very unsafe. Not a place for families. Or visitors of any kind for that matter. A very poor representation for the area. I was horrified.

The hotel with brand-new rooms, in a perfect area, very close to the beach. The rooms with enough extra pillows for our medical needs. A lot of goodies for breakfast.

It is 5 minutes away from the boardwalk and beach.
The room was incredibly dirty, in fact, the sheets for the 2 beds has not been changed. We were able to know this because of the stains that went through both sheets. I will not name every single problem with this hotel, however, the overall major problem is the cleanliness of it.

The rooms were brand-new and quiet with 1 bed, the staff were very amiable! The location of the hotel was good and absolutely perfect - not too far away from Seaside Heights Beach. It also was clear away from seaside.

Enjoyed the beach and checked out Island Beach State Park for some cycling. The staff was friendly, though the place felt a bit dated. Keep in mind that some amenities might need attention, like the pool cleanliness.

The hotel is a total rip off. 200$ for a dirty, stinky room!!!! Worst place I 've ever seen! Don't stay there! The information about wifi is a lie!! We wanted our money back, but didn't get it. They told us we could stay at a better motel of the same owner, atlantic motel. But the wifi there was a lie as well, and it was most as dirty and destroyed as flamingo motel!!!

good potential but disappointing experience
The pool view added a nice touch to the overall ambiance of the place. Staff were responsive to my inquiries.
The overall cleanliness was a major concern .

So we checked in and I gotta say the couple running the place were super helpful, like they cared ya know. Plus, the AC was ice cold which was a life saver after a hot day out.
Now I can't lie, it wasn't exactly cheap but it was tolerable.

A Great Family-Friendly Getaway!
We enjoyed our stay! The beautiful double room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family with children. Every morning, we visited the nearby café where the breakfast options excited the kids. The staff were very good too ensure our needs were met. Pro tip, arrive early to secure your parking!
